If you have just one glass of wine, you should be ok taking 2 capsules. But, if you are consuming more alcoholic beverages, it might be better to take 4 capsules. Cheers Restore is most effective when you take the capsules closest to the time you stop drinking. Say you stopped drinking at 9 pm but didn't take Cheers until you went to bed at midnight. Glutathione is used in your body for almost all anti-oxidation processes.
