Simply take 2-4 Cheers Restore capsules and mix 1 scoop of Cheers Hydrate in a standard water bottle after your last alcoholic beverage or before going to bed. We recommend taking Cheers after anytime you consume alcohol, no matter the amount or time of day.
You don’t need both products, but taking both is more effective as they are designed to work together. Restore is focused on the protecting you from the effects not stemming from dehydration, such as GABAa rebound & acetaldehyde exposure, whereas Hydrate is only for alcohol-induced dehydration. If you were to only take one product, we’d recommend Cheers Restore.
It takes a lot of our main ingredient, DHM, to be effective. For our product to meet the high standards of our customers, we ask them to take 2-4 capsules. If we could, we would have our customers take 5+ capsules, but that is a lot to ask!
Cheers Hydrate contains 6.75g of sugar, 6.75 carbs and 27 calories per serving. Cheers Restore and Cheers Protect do not contain any sugars or carbs.
We included a scented tab to mask the unpleasant smell that most vitamins have. Each time you take Cheers Restore you will have the refreshing minty scent. If the scent is too strong, you can simply remove the tab.
There are no known side-effects of Cheers®. During our recent fundraising round, for purposes of due diligence there was an expert toxicologist hired to review the safety of Cheers®. The expert’s results were extremely positive and no concerns were listed.

If you place an order before 3pm CT your order will ship out the same day. If it is after that, your order will ship out the next business day. Shipping typically takes about 3 days depending on where you are located and the USPS. We also have expedited shipping options during the checkout process if you need product faster.

There has recently been a large amount of cases where ingestible or topical products have been tampered with by consumers.
For example, Blue Bell ice cream recently had an event where a woman was caught opening up ice cream containers in a store and licking the top of the ice cream, and then replacing them into the freezer. And Walmart recently had an event where someone had opened up a hair conditioner product and replaced its contents with Nair (hair removal lotion) and caused an unsuspecting female customer to lose large amount of her hair.
We would never suspect any of our customers or shipping partners to do something such as this. And, we have tamper evident packaging for additional protection. However, all forms of tamper evident packaging are mimicable and replaceable, and therefore the main way we can increase protection of our customers from tampering is to not allow for returns.
Due to recent events and the ingestible nature of our products, we will not accept any returns for refunds on products that have been shipped out. We hope you understand why this policy is in the best interests of our customers’ protection.
