About the Role

We're looking for a Wholesale Operations Analyst who can effectively manage our wholesale accounts & operations. You will work closely with our sales team, CEO, and VP of Operations to help guide and manage our retail expansion strategy, while maintaining relationships with key retail accounts.

Being in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts progressing simultaneously, our ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual who excels at multitasking, effectively manages their time, and is highly productive. An exceptional work ethic and willingness to learn are other key traits we're looking to see in our ideal candidate, as you'll learn to understand key metrics that will inform our retail strategy, and utilize different systems to help us scale. Using this data, you will build reports that give a clear picture of our current performance and opportunities for future growth.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be managing inventory across multiple accounts, setting up payment systems, building relationships with key wholesale buyers, and communicating store progress with the team. Because each retailer tends to have different requirements, you must be able to collaborate with the Cheers team to accommodate each retailer's unique needs.

We're looking for someone who enjoys gathering and analyzing performance data to help inform an overarching wholesale strategy. Our ideal candidate gets excitement from being challenged, learning new things, and improving their skills. We'll give you the tools and resources you need to be set up for success in this role. What you should already have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

What you'll do

  • Manage tracking and reporting for wholesale department.
  • Build systems for the department, including but not limited to: sales/order tracking, inventory management, payment/cost related systems, and shipment creation.
  • Manage project progression, including but not limited to: new retailer communication during pitch & submission process, display ordering/customization, communication & goal setting with active accounts.
  • Recap and share weekly customer sales data.
  • Learn retailer backend systems & upload company/product information for each launch.
  • Manage the Cheers wholesale portal offerings, pricing structure, customers, and orders.
